Cromwell 1648

Heritage:

Named after one of the most significant events which took place near our castle dominated home! On 11 July 1648 the siege of Pembroke Castle, which had begun eight weeks before, ended in the surrender of the garrison signalling one of the final acts of the English Civil War. A cider to celebrate fortitude!

Appearance:

Pale straw, bright and luminous

Aroma:

Freshly harvested apples harvested on a warm autumn morning

Taste:

Refreshingly Crisp, with tart apple notes and subtly effervescent; a resoundingly moreish cider!

Mixed Berry Apple Cider

Inspiration:

Imagine enjoying a sun-drenched walk through a beautiful aromatic woodland and lazily grazing on the fruits of the forest. That evocative experience is the inspiration for our Fruity Mixed Berry Cider so delicious served over ice or simply chilled.

Appearance:

Blush with a light colour reddish/ pinky hue like a gorgeous rosé wine in appearance.

Aroma:

A heady aroma of summer fruits resplendent with our signature scent of local apples

Taste:

Packed with berry flavour! blackcurrant, strawberry, blackberry, raspberry and of course fresh local apples. Balanced and smooth; a Summer Woodland in a bottle!
