William Marshal, Earl of Pembroke (1146-1219) was the embodiment of a medieval knight; dripping in chivalry: a tournament champion, a fierce brave warrior in battle and close confidante to Kings, a Regent of England and a defender of Magna Carta. Truly a great easy-to-drink cider in honour of a great Knight!

Appearance:

An enigmatic combination of light straw and a dark golden colour, like the ‘golden hour’ of a summer evening. Aroma: A fully-rounded scent of freshly picked apples from the orchard with a hint of caramel

Taste:

Light in body with a slight subtlety sweet slightly tart finish and caramel notes; very refreshing and so easy to drink, full of easy, slightly juicy flavours. One to savour and enjoy on any occasion.
